Position Summary

The Shopper Marketing Sr Specialist is responsible for building and executing end-to-end strategic marketing plans on behalf of Nestle’s Frozen brands at opportunity regional accounts. This role ensures true omnichannel branded experiences (online and in store) engage shoppers, excite merchants, and build our frozen brands. Accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes across awareness, consideration, and conversion KPIs to shape our category leadership. Key partner to sales Customer Account Managers, Media Knowledge Center, Brand Marketing, and Revenue Growth Management teams. This role reports into the Sr. Manager Shopper Marketing, Frozen Division who will oversee their strategic plans and help sharpen their campaign activations by customer.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Annual Planning & In-store and On-line Execution

• • Supports annual plan development and owns execution of shopper marketing plans for assigned regional retailers, using shopper and retailer insights to reach shoppers across key touchpoints in their shopping journey.
  • Coordinates day-to-day agency and vendor workstreams, providing clear briefs, feedback, timelines, and adherence to brand standards to deliver strong campaign execution.
  • Builds integrated physical and digital campaign recommendations that ladder to brand objectives and retailer opportunities.
  • Tracks campaign performance and summarizes results and learnings for manager and cross-functional review.
  • Maintains productive working relationships with agency partners to support campaign execution, optimization, and understanding of evolving retail media capabilities.
  • Develops compelling selling tools and presentation materials that help Sales partners win distribution, display, merchandising, and unlock incremental investment opportunities.

Budget Management & Financial Management

• • Supports annual budget development by translating brand priorities, growth goals, shopper insights, and retailer opportunities into recommended investment plans.
  • Helps ensure investment recommendations are disciplined, objective-based, and informed by performance expectations and available ROI indicators.
  • Manages day-to-day budget tracking, forecasting inputs, invoice processing, and reconciliation for working and non-working dollars in partnership with manager, Finance, and agency partners.
  • Understands investment changes and helps communicate budget implications, trade-offs, and timing considerations to support informed decision-making.
  • Reconciles forecasted expenses with invoice actuals and agency scopes to support accuracy, compliance, and financial accountability.

Retail Digital Media & Search Marketing

• Develops retail digital media recommendations in partnership with direct manager through on-site, off-site, audience targeting, and commerce media best practices.
• Applies keyword, sponsored product, bidding, dayparting, and digital shelf fundamentals to support always-on plans and key drive-time flights that help improve share of search and household penetration.
• Partners with search, media, cross-functional stakeholders, and agencies to support annual planning, monitor performance, recommend optimizations, and help drive e-commerce growth and positive ROI.

Partnership & Communication

• • Builds credibility through shopper marketing knowledge and uses influence, curiosity, and clear communication to move work forward in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Develops strong, partnership-oriented ways of working with agencies, Brand, Sales, Media, Insights, Finance, and fellow Shopper Marketers to collaborate effectively and promote knowledge sharing.
  • Prepares and presents clear, business-focused updates and recommendations for key forums such as Joint Business Planning, retailer line reviews, retailer sales meetings, incremental investment requests, and annual brand planning

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• 2+ years minimum experience in Shopper / Customer / Omni / Brand Marketing, preferably within a CPG organization.
• Strong financial acumen and exposure to budgeting systems and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to function effectively within large teams and complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong attention to detail, bias to action, and follow through.
• Ability to partner with direct manager to review approach, secure buy-in, and proactively elevate risks and considerations.

Salary: $87,336.90 to $131,548.00 per year

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
