Leading sourcing strategy for Heavy Duty New Unit proposals, the full-time remote Procurement Tendering Manager will manage the Inquiry-to-Order process, conduct supply chain risk assessments, and ensure cost database integrity while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the sourcing strategy for tenders, including building vendor lists and validating cost structures Lead supply chain risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to protect project margins Manage the RFQ process, evaluating supplier offers and ensuring sourcing commitments are executable Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent professional experience Minimum 7 years of experience in Sourcing, Engineering, Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain Minimum 3 years of experience within the power industry Demonstrated experience with sourcing and procurement in complex, technical project environments
