UF Health is seeking a Vice President of Organizational Readiness & Change Management to establish and advance enterprise change leadership capabilities, ensuring adoption and sustainability of strategic, operational, clinical, technology, and organizational transformation initiatives. The role partners with senior executives, physicians, operational leaders, and enterprise functions to strengthen organizational readiness, align change efforts, and enable successful execution of the system's
