Accounts Payable SpecialistThe Accounts Payable Specialist plays an important support role in a small team environment. This position will provide timely and accurate data entry and handling of administrative tasks across departmental functions with a heavy emphasis on Accounts Payable support. This is a full time, in person position at our headquarters in Noblesville, IN.Key Responsibilities:Provide accounting and clerical assistance to Accounting DepartmentAccurately enter data in the system to support key Accounting functionsVerify invoice accuracy and other accounting documents or recordsInvestigates questionable data and seeks to resolve any discrepancies to insure accuracyProvide administrative and clerical support to a small, dynamic team where special projects may be assignedMeets deadlines in quick turnaround environmentQualifications/Important Skills:Exceptional attention to detailStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsAdvanced computer literacyAptitude for numbersOrganized2-3 years of Accounting administration experience preferred
