Assistant to Partner, Comedy Touring

We are currently seeking an Assistant to a Partner in Comedy Touring . The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines, adeptly managing daily schedules and preparing for meetings. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and writing abilities are a must.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $23.00 - $27.00 per hour based on tenure.

What You'll Do
• Manage phone calls, calendars, and conduct research for meetings.
• Maintain and update spreadsheets, draft communications, and manage tasks proactively to streamline business processes.
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels, as well as external clients and partners.
• Prepare and submit monthly expense reports for accounting approval.
• Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments using detailed grids.

What You Need
• At least 1 year of assistant experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
• Previous booking experience, whether in a professional environment or as a college booker.
• A keen interest in Comedy and knowledge of key players in the entertainment industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client service work environment
• High proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• An understanding of UTA's Client Roster.
• Ability to attend shows on an as-needed basis
