QA/QC Manager

Position Summary Responsible for overseeing the overall implementation ofquality control plans, ensuring the quality of the work meets the project’s contractual requirements. Manages andcoordinates allquality activities at the project site. Develops,maintainsand communicates QA/QC standards for the project. Reviews project specifications for code compliance and constructability within industry standards. Conducts and manages field observations of MEP systems todeterminecompliance with approved plans, specifications, and other contract documents. Preparesforperiodic quality control reports forthemanagement team. Recognizes and actively engages in the development of solutions to correct deficiencies in the project. Identifiesand directs corrective actionsasappropriate. Maintains records, prepares reports, and correspondence,relativeto QA/QC work. Organizes and runs QC/QApreparatoryand planning meetings prior to work taking place infield. Provides coaching and performance feedback to direct reports as needed. Typically manages,perhaps throughsubordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs,methodsand staffing. Pay Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For (Colorado/New York City/California/Washington/Maryland/Virginia/DC) this ranges from $132,000.00 - $161,000.00 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
