Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults and geriatric patients on a MS/Tele unit
- Monitor patient status, including dysrhythmia recognition and management; respond to rapid responses as needed
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders; manage peripheral IV lines and basic phlebotomy procedures
- Collaborate with PCTs, therapists, pharmacists, social services, and other team members to coordinate care
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Epic; contribute to care plans and patient education
- Adhere to isolation precautions, PPE protocols, and safety standards; assist with patient transitions and discharges

Requirements
- NY RN license in hand and current to submit
- BLS certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
- Dysrhythmia interpretation/management competency; phlebotomy and IV insertion skills
- Floating within MS/Tele scope to similar units as needed
- Ability to work 3x12 Night shifts
- Must be located more than 75 miles from the assignment area (locals not accepted)
- RTO allowed up to 1 week; 10-day limit may apply; confirm with account manager
- Vaccines: COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine status unknown
