Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Nanox Psychological Rehab Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs and therapeutic goals.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual patient requirements.

• Providing educational resources and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders and self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitoring and documenting client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care.

• Staying current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance clinical practices.

• Maintaining meticulous records in compliance with established ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients experiencing challenges in relationships and divorce-related issues. You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families, providing culturally sensitive support designed to address their unique circumstances and emotional needs.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
