Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at SIAM Psychological Health Center, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing weekly supervision and support to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or enrolled in their Master’s programs, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary for their professional development.

• Delivering psychotherapy services to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based approaches tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that address clients' complex needs.

• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in alignment with regulatory standards, ensuring quality care and accountability.

• Staying informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in the field of therapy to continuously improve service delivery and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, all of whom face varying mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this rewarding role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise, alongside a generous benefits package that includes:
