Nurse Supervisor- Crisis Care Center

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) founded in 1978, dedicated to providing comprehensive health services to diverse communities in Washington State. Nurse Supervisor – Crisis Care Center Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Responsibilities Coordinate care with clients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, delivering direct clinical services such as medication administration and insulin management in accordance with organizational protocols. Perform comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation, including monthly progress notes, head‑to‑toe evaluations, medication records, alert charting, and required quality controls. Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans based on reassessments, hospitalizations, or changes in condition, including behavioral supports, crisis interventions, and specialized precautions. Supervise and support clinical staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs), provide shift reporting, address concerns from residents and staff, and ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery. Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, emergency response, and regulatory standards, including proper medication management and reporting of significant incidents. Maintain operational flexibility to meet staffing needs and the facility’s mission. Qualifications Registered Nurse licensed to practice in Washington State. Completed the state‑mandated HIV education. Continuing education credits to meet licensure requirements. Experience with behavioral health crisis situations and diverse patient populations. Experience working with unhoused individuals or in crisis settings preferred. Mental health experience preferred. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $100,000.00 per year Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage for full‑time employees (30 hours or more). Life insurance and long‑term disability.
