High-Level Attorney Opportunity – Hybrid
A top firm is seeking an experienced Securities & Capital Markets Senior Associate/ Jr Partner to work with an established client base and help grow a thriving practice.
Salary: $385K–$460K
Hybrid schedule
What you’ll do:
• Advise on SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy, Section 16/13)
• Counsel public companies on governance, compliance & disclosure
• Support M&A transactions and securities offerings (IPOs, PIPEs, etc.)
• Guide clients through complex regulatory matters and capital markets transactions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members
What we’re looking for:
✔️ 6–12 years’ securities & capital markets experience
✔️ Strong client management and leadership skills
✔️ Large law firm or sophisticated practice background preferred
✔️ Business development mindset (portable book a plus, not required)
