Accounting Manager
Technical Associates is a multi-disciplined, full-service engineering, construction, installation, fabrication, and staffing organization. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations. This role is based in our Albany, GA office.

Responsibilities
- Manage General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
- Coordinate audits including Workers' Comp and General Liability
- Tax filings and financial reporting
- Daily Banking entries
- Client and intercompany invoicing
- Manage and support accounting department and staff
- Back-up for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
Qualifications
- 5 - 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior accounting management or supervisory experience leading a team
- Strong Proficiency with accounting software programs and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving
- BS degree preferred or related work experience considered
