As a Customer Service Representative with Daniel Parker - State Farm Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your professional career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the customers that you support. Responsibilities Establish and grow customer relationships, maintain excellent follow‑up standards, resolve issues and assist with the agency's customer retention strategies. Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options and maintain accurate account records. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services based on customer needs. Coordinate with other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening Experience in customer service and account management. People-oriented Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environmentAbility to calm others in stressful situations. Must hold at least one of the following current licenses from any state: Property and Casualty, Life and Health or Securities.
