Please apply today!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of Windows/Web based applications and systems contributing to the overall Information Technology strategy and planWorks with business stakeholders and the Company Lead Teams, to identify, evaluate and prioritize Information Technology requirements, facilitating organizational change when necessaryWorks with business stakeholders, Company Lead Teams to develop, maintain, implement, and measure Project Manager Information Technology plans by providing tactical and strategic technical direction utilizing standard practices that support the growth and future technology advances to the benefit of CompanyWorks with Information Technology Management to develop standards for all Information Technology systems and applications to assure that Information Technology service meets agreed service levelsWorks with business owners to develop the business case for initialInformation Technology requests (Project Definitions, Return On Investment) Reviews and evaluates project feasibility studies and make recommendations. Direct the creation of Project Request Authorization with Information Technology teamManage a team comprised of Programmer Analysts responsible for software developmentResponsible for the code review and mentoring of Programmer AnalystsResponsible for delivering defect-free solutions to Quality AssuranceResponsible for building new software applications including: overall review, design, accurate estimations and timely deliveryResponsible for budgeting and implementing new technologies in accordance with Company corporate Information Technology plans and capabilitiesPerforms other tasks as assignedQualificationsEducation/Learning Experience:Required: A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Administration plus a minimum of seven-ten years experience in Information TechnologyWork Experience:Required: Experience in Information Technology standards and best practices for naming conventions; source control; version control; testing; production turnover; specification development and systems analysis; and release management.
