Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Operating Room – Torrance, CA 90503

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Torrance, California

Schedule: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (06:45 - 15:15). Rotation includes 1 Saturday shift and 2-3 on-call shifts every 6 weeks. May be required to float to nearby facilities within the region.

• Epic charting system utilized for streamlined documentation
• Diverse surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, urology, ENT, plastics, and robotics
• Exposure to advanced surgical technology including Mako robotic system for orthopedic procedures
• Free parking provided for all staff
• First-time travelers accepted with minimum 1 year of OR experience

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• Minimum 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• LA County fire card within the last 30 days required
• Strong experience in orthopedics (total joints with/without Mako robot, spine, and minor ortho procedures)
• Proficiency in general surgery including gynecology, urology, ENT, and plastics
• Robotics experience in gynecology, urology, and general surgery preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
