For every interview or stand‑up, my team provides a "Technical Sync Brief" detailing exactly what has been built, the logic used, and specific talking points to ensure you are always the smartest person in the room. The Workflow We handle 100% of the heavy lifting—lead generation, bidding, project management, and 24/7 coding. Your role is strictly focused on the communication layer: handling the initial interviews to secure the job and leading brief daily/weekly client syncs (approx. 1–2 hours/day). Financial Security This is a pure revenue-share model. You receive 25–30% of the gross contract value. With typical US contracts ranging from $8k–$15k/month, 2–3 active projects generate a significant monthly side income for a very limited time commitment.
