2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Location : Oklahoma City, OK | Type : Full-Time | Industry : Manufacturing
Target Salary: $70K + depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support a team of production employees, making sure work is safe, on time, and meets quality standards
Plan daily work, adjust staffing as needed, and solve production or equipment issues quickly
Coach employees, manage performance, and handle scheduling, attendance, and training

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Strong understanding of production processes and continuous improvement methods (lean)
Comfortable managing teams, solving problems, and working on the production floor
