With the ability to easily enrich customer data and rapidly launch growth experiments, Airship enables brands to deliver consistent, meaningful interactions that accelerate conversion and foster deeper customer relationships.What You'll DoLead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunitiesUndertake data collection and implement business product solutionsBuild, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisionsDesign and build technical processes to address business issuesIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsPerform data consolidation/data analysis and communicate findings in a clear manner to external clientsCommunicate directly with internal stakeholders as well as clients to translate business/data challenges into reports, insights, and analysisCreate and maintain dashboards to track partner's KPI in data visualization software (Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau)Develop and implement data collection systems, data analyses and new strategies to measure campaign performancesCreate documentation for various types of reports including methodologies, templates in Excel, slides, and/or sheets for training purposesWork closely with clients, programmers, and functional teams to design business intelligence and operational reporting solutions for decision making and compliance monitoringResearch industry changes & provide insight on how to proceed with new processesTrain, develop and assist on supervising analyst-level employeesAd-hoc special projectsWhat We're Looking ForStrong understanding of client needs to deliver logical business conclusionsStrong critical thinking skills and creativity regarding methodology to measure business successWriting and editing scripts (JavaScript, Python, R)Proficient in managing and writing performant queries to a data warehouse/database (MySQL, BigQuery)Experience with reporting, analyzing, and delivering dataHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and Microsoft PowerPointProficient in generating reports in data visualization software (Data Studios, PowerBI, Tableau)Excellent project management skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesProactive and effective communication for internal/external stakeholdersAttention to detail and follow-throughCan think outside the box and improve on existing processesAbility to thrive with minimal direct supervision/management (Gummicube is a startup and everyone wears multiple hats)Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn!We'd Be Delighted If You Also HaveExperience within the Mobile IndustryExperience with App Store OptimizationInterest in both iOS and Android apps and the mobile gaming spaceExperience running digital campaigns or working with UA data setsPassionate about data and willing to explore new and out of the box ways of approaching data sets and analyses.Understanding statistical significance, confidence intervals, independent and dependent variablesEnjoys researching and following trends and brainstorming innovative ideas and approaches to promote our productsWork Location & Travel RequirementsAirship's 'Digital First' approach to work means that for the majority of our roles, work can be performed remotely, either some or most of the time. Base pay is part of your total compensation package and is dependent on multiple factors, including relevant skills, work experience, business priorities, market demands, and location.The starting base pay range for this position is: $75,000 - $80,000 USD per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, or other performance incentives. Airship believes that employees should have the opportunity to benefit from value-creation, so equity is also offered with this role.
