Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing in California to oversee operations of a housing community portfolio. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management as an offsite leader, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines. Responsibilities include staff development, budgeting, and ensuring LIHTC/Section 8 adherence, with 25–50% travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr Asset Living
