In this role, you'll oversee and implement programs with full support from our robust operational teams and systems, ensuring your focus remains entirely on delivering compassionate, client-centered care and driving meaningful progress. Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$105,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month) and a $15,000 sign‑on bonus.
