AmeriCU Credit Union is searching for an accomplished, forward-thinking Chief People Officer to serve as a trusted advisor to our President and CEO, Chief Leadership Team, and Board of Directors.

As Chief People Officer, you will lead enterprise-wide strategy across:
- Executive development and succession planning
- Talent management and workforce transformation
- Compensation, benefits, and total rewards
- Employee engagement and experience
- Organizational design and effectiveness
- People analytics, technology, compliance, and risk
