Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic VP of Operations to join our team as we build a best-in-class organization to support our growing network of practices and physicians. This role will oversee all aspects of clinic operations as well as management services organization (MSO) functions, establishing operational excellence and scalable processes as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows

• Develop and standardize best operational practices across all locations

• Lead and improve MSO functions, including HR, finance, compliance, and vendor management

• Collaborate closely with physicians and administrative staff to support clinical and organizational goals

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient and provider experiences

• Track KPIs and use data-driven insights for performance management and scaling initiatives

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of relevant operations experience in healthcare, clinic, or MSO settings

• Proven attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence

• Demonstrated ability to set, refine, and implement best practices at scale

• Expertise in organizational growth and supporting multi-site physician groups is highly preferred

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
