In this role, you will remain visible, support site personnel and visitors with strong customer service and communication, and contribute to a caring team culture grounded in agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.81 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge verification, and other security-related policies at an industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and production spaces. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and receiving or shipping zones, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary by location. Document daily activities, access-related events, and unusual conditions, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
