First Shift Return Logistics Associate
Plainfield, IN | $20/hour | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Discover what’s next in your career with Kelly® Professional & Industrial! Join our team as a Return Logistics Associate, supporting efficient operations by assessing returned products, documenting transactions, and upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disposition of returned products using pre-set procedures
• Assess customer eligibility for credit and organize products accordingly
• Document and label all products accurately
• Enter data into databases and export to Excel
• Resolve data discrepancies and communicate workload status
• Liaison between Lowe’s center and GTS Global Quality
• Suggest and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

• Positive, “Can Do” attitude
• Experience with power tools preferred
• Basic computer skills; Excel and Access proficiency
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Excellent attention to detail

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
• Physically active; ability to stand for long periods
• Work in non-climate-controlled environments

Additional Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Independent worker with strong attendance and dependable transportation
• Willing to follow all safety and facility policies
