Job Summary

A manufacturing organization in Fremont, CA is seeking an HR Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, training coordination, and day-to-day human resources operations. This direct hire HR Coordinator role is a great opportunity for an organized HR professional with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys working closely with employees, managers, and leadership to create a positive and compliant workplace.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment where HR plays an important role in employee experience, workforce stability, and operational success. Candidates can expect a supportive team setting, strong leadership partnership, and the opportunity to contribute to recruiting, employee engagement, process improvement, and HR program coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring support.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee questions, assisting with workplace concerns, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Help administer performance review processes, performance improvement plans, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Assist with benefits administration, compensation data support, compliance reporting, HR policy implementation, and labor law compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and related reporting to support workplace morale and retention.

Compensation and Benefit s

- Pay range: $30 to $32 per hour.
- Job type: Direct hire.
