· Process high volume of receipts, wires and ACH payments
· Maintain accurate and complete tenant records
Process and review bank reconciliations and research any discrepancies
· Daily review of account balances in bank accounts
· Enter charges to tenant accounts
· Mail and e-mail monthly tenant rental statements
· Take proactive ownership and responsibility for accounting and financial information
· Resolve account discrepancies reviewing supporting documentation.·
Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
