You will be responsible for executing a variety of financial management activities, from cost tracking and Earned Value analysis to performance reporting and forecasting. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide valuable financial insights, and contribute directly to the success of innovative aerospace programs.Key Responsibilities- Execute day-to-day program finance activities with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.- Establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) to track cost, schedule, and performance metrics.- Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including variance identification, root cause analysis, and development of Estimates at Complete (EACs).- Perform cost allocation, reconciliation, and control activities to ensure financial integrity across multiple contracts and projects.- Utilize enterprise financial tools such as CostView, Cobra, and wInsight to monitor, analyze, and report program performance.- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.- Support the development and documentation of corrective action plans to address cost or schedule variances.- Partner with program and functional teams to align financial performance with business objectives.What’s In It For YouFrom onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Learn more about Lockheed Martin’s comprehensive benefits package here.Who You AreYou are a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with a passion for turning complex data into actionable business insights. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
