Area Office Administrator

VirtualVocations

Providing essential administrative support, the part-time Area Office Administrator will manage correspondence, maintain databases, and coordinate events remotely to ensure the efficient operation of the ministry area office. Key responsibilities: Process and track donations, manage monthly expenses, and maintain accurate financial records Coordinate area meetings and events, including camps and fundraisers, ensuring effective communication and organization Provide training and support to area staff and volunteers on administrative processes and applications Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred Previous experience as an administrative assistant is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic accounting skills and experience with donor database management
