This position is ideal for individuals who thrive on variety, adaptability, and leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment./ppKey Responsibilities/pulliPerform duties across all multiple roles within the production department/liliLearn and operate all equipment relevant to departmental functions/liliFill in for team members as needed to maintain workflow continuity/liliCross-train on other plant positions to support broader operations/liliMaintain clean and organized workspaces/liliParticipate in Lean initiatives and departmental improvement projects/liliComply with all safety protocols, including PPE and Lockout/Tagout awareness/liliAuthorized to assist in shipping and receiving operations/liliReview and apply Best Work Practices (BWPs) for all trained positions/li/ulpThese are temporary-to-direct, full-time positions, hiring immediately. At this time, only second shift is available. 2nd shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Pay is $22.72 per hour. If hired on direct, this company offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance./ppSkills Qualifications/pulliStrong communication and multitasking abilities/liliAbility to read and write English (for reports and work orders)/liliBasic math skills and ability to read a tape measure to 1/16 /liliComfortable reading and working with fractions to 1/16 /liliPhysically able to lift up to 50 lbs and use lifting equipment when needed/liliCapable of standing, bending, and reaching throughout the workday/liliAble to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision/li/ul/div
