Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess mental health needs and support the clinical team in delivering high-quality care.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and service systems to facilitate comprehensive support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
