What You’ll Do Welcome customers with energy and a positive attitude, creating a memorable visit every time Maintain a safe, efficient, and spotlessly clean environment throughout your shift Promote memberships and services, contributing to team sales goals Support teammates and lead by example — great culture starts with great people Work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions What We’re Looking For Customer service or sales experience preferred (not required — we’ll train you!) Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Reliable transportation and availability on weekends and holidays Ability to work on your feet outdoors for prolonged periods Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Car wash experience is a plus, but not required. If you’re upbeat and dependable, we want to hear from you.
