Convenience Store Manager in Training

Job Type: Full-time Job Overview Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is responsible for the management of the ongoing day‑to‑day operations of the store, while adhering to company policies and procedures; direct supervision of staff; maximizing store profits and ensuring a high level of customer service and store appearance. Compensation Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications. The minimum salary opportunity is $20.00–$30.00 per hour. Eligible for up to a $300 sign‑on bonus and summer bonus available. Provide a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures. When the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all managerial duties. Act as positive role models for fellow employees. Supervise employees. Execute all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager. Able to communicate company promotions to store employees. Qualifications Strong people skills to motivate others. Proven capabilities in solving business challenges. Ability to set priorities and complete tasks. Results‑oriented with a willingness to take responsibility and initiative. Enthusiastic, self‑starter, with a high level of confidence and positive outlook.
