A leading recruiting firm in Peoria is seeking a Managing Partner for HR Executive Search and Temporary HR Staffing. The ideal candidate will manage onboarding, employee termination, and assist with payroll and benefits. The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, along with over 3 years’ experience in the field.
