Cookie Packaging Associate — Bakery Production
Location: Confidential, Greensburg, PA 15601
Hire Type: Full-Time
Shift: Multiple Shifts
Pay Range: $15 – $16 /hr
At Unified Staffing & Recruiting, we’re adding dependable team members to support our client’s bakery operation. Picture this: whether you start your day at 7:00 AM or your night at 10:30 PM, you step onto a clean production floor where trays of fresh cookies are ready to be packed with care for retail shelves across the region.
A Day in the Role- Pick, place, and pack cookies into containers with accuracy so every package looks store-ready.
- Inspect each product to confirm appearance and quality standards are consistently met.
- Keep your work area organized and clean to support a safe, efficient line.
- Work at a steady, reliable pace to help the team meet production goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines throughout your shift.
Monday–Friday
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
- Comfort standing for the entire shift .
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced production setting.
- Attention to detail and comfort following clear instructions.
- Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance.
