A company operating in the property construction industry in Miami.

Job Description

Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Support in managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Help ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Identify and address project risks or challenges promptly.
Foster effective communication between all project participants.

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

Experience with coordinating construction projects in the property industry.
Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
