Lead Maintenance

Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Tuition reimbursement Bonus opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities Opportunity to make a significant impact on plant performance and reliability What You'll Do Lead preventive and reactive maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities Minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability Supervise and develop maintenance team members Support equipment installations and facility improvement projects Manage maintenance planning, parts inventory, and contractor relationships Drive safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with production teams to support operational success What We're Looking For 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, welding, and preventive maintenance systems Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment and reading electrical schematics PLC experience preferred Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Strong problem-solving and communication skills Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
