About this role:  Gartner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Global Product Management (GPM) to develop, manage, and grow Gartner’s products and services that serve General Counsels (GCs), Chief Audit Executives (CAEs), and their respective teams, including the Compliance and Risk functions. This role ensures that our offerings continue to meet the evolving needs of our clients and the market and helps drive measurable business impact. You will stay connected to changing needs of GCs and CAEs, drive product innovation and product lifecycles, and manage products and services to ensure they deliver exceptional value. This role provides high visibility and has direct impact on Gartner’s business, while helping GC and CAE clients address their mission-critical priorities. In this role you will also work with other Business and IT CxO focused product teams, and collaborate with overall GPM teams, gaining exposure to Gartner’s senior product leaders, different functions across a high-performing business, and build your craft as a product manager.  What you will do: Voice of client and market – Stay connected with GCs, CAEs and their team members and become an expert in the needs these leaders face, synthesizing insights across market signals to identify opportunities and inform the product strategy and roadmap Product development, management and evolution - Conceptualize, pilot and iterate on offerings that deliver measurable client value and have strong product-market fit, and eventually build the business case and internal alignment for scaled efforts Create, launch, program manage, and assess ongoing performance of new products and sources of value that will meet the changing needs of GCs, CAEs and their teams including digital experiences, data, tools, peer connections, expert interactions and new insights Analyze product and source of value performance to understand bright spots and areas of opportunity, with specific focus on what drives client value and retention, and work with stakeholders to take action Commercial growth & client success - Drive go-to-market efforts from adoption to retention, and work with cross-functional partners to drive greater client engagement Partner with sales, service and go-to-market teams to scale client impact, positioning products as essential to their success Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems, prioritize opportunities and build momentum for adoption and growth Leverage Gartner’s AI-driven tools to calibrate client-facing value delivery Deliver regular updates and insights to key stakeholders and product leadership, ensuring alignment and visibility into progress What you will need: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus 5-7 years of progressive business experience, with 3-5 years product strategy/product management experience, preferably in B2B organizations; experience in Legal, Audit or Risk research, technology or professional services firms is a plus Client focus and product craft —demonstrated ability to translate insights into products that delight clients and drive measurable client and business outcomes Track record of delivering products and programs that solve customer needs and drive business outcomes Strong quantitative and qualitative business analytics, including ability to turn quantitative analysis into actionable strategies and recommendations with measurable business impact Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the executive presence to simplify complexity for senior audiences Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment Practical experience applying AI and emerging technologies to enhance workflows and outputs Passion for technology and possesses the ability to work with engineering, customer experience, and customer research teams Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex projects simultaneously A bias for action, including balancing tradeoffs and willingness to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to get things done Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside comfort zone.  Why join us: This role offers the chance to: Shape Gartner’s next wave of products for GCs, CAEs and their teams Operate at the intersection of technology, strategy and client success Join a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration, curiosity and growth What you will get: Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matching and more! Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
