Exemplifies excellent customer service at all times.Minimum Education: HSD or GED. Associate's Degree in healthcare related field preferred.Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.Work Experience: 1 year related experience in health insurance field or two years hospital registration experience required. Direct experience in hospital precertification and benefit/eligibility verification desired.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
