Assess patient status, plan and implement care, monitor outcomes, and document findings accurately. Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks appropriately and ensure patient safety. Coordinate care with obstetric, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary teams; communicate changes in patient condition effectively. Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision‑making in clinical scenarios.
