Associate Director, Real World Evidence Analytics - Sanofi

Key Responsibilities Define and drive the strategy for real‑world evidence (RWE) generation across therapeutic portfolios, aligning analytics with business objectives. Lead a team of data scientists, statisticians, and analysts in designing observational studies, registries, and post‑marketing surveillance projects. Develop and validate statistical models, machine‑learning pipelines, and data‑visualization dashboards using Python, SAS, and SQL. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners—including clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams—to translate RWE insights into actionable recommendations. Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations and Good Pharmaco‑Epidemiology Practices (GPEP) throughout data acquisition, processing, and reporting. Requirements Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, or MS) in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. 8+ years of experience in real‑world data analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a proven track record of leading high‑impact RWE projects. Proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine‑learning model development. Strong knowledge of observational study design, causal inference methods, and regulatory expectations for RWE.
