This is a driving post. Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $16.00 / Hour Job Schedule Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Tue: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Wed: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Thur: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Fri: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitors and deliveries, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted or sensitive areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, gates, and access points, noting unusual conditions and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures. Support screening and documentation processes for vehicles, personnel, and materials entering and leaving the location, while maintaining accurate logs and reports. Minimum Requirements A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required. A TSA‑issued TWIC is required. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
