Pay:

Pay ranges between 48K-80K depending on qualifications with a caseload of 15 to 25 weekly.

Benefits:

Hope, Growth & Healing Counseling offers PTO, plus paid holidays. We also offer weekly supervision, group consultation to all associate level clinicians and fully licensed clinicians. We will also provide an annual stipend for ongoing continuing education of your choice.

Description of Responsibilities:

We are seeking passionate and eager Associate Licensed Clinicians to join our diverse and supportive team. The successful candidate will provide evidence-based counseling services to populations as agreed upon which may include: individuals, families, couples, and diverse minority groups. They will also play a vital role in contributing to our mission of creating a more inclusive, accepting, and healthy community.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work, counseling or related field (Licensed in the State of Washington to conduct therapy).
• Must practice utilizing the highest standards of your discipline (NASW, ACA, AAMFT).
• Knowledge and experience with evidence-based treatment strategies & interventions.
• Previous experience working as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team and working collaboratively with other service providers.
• Strong organizational skills to include use of EHR software or equivalent for scheduling, time management and all clinical documentation.
• Must pass a criminal background and Department of Health & Human Services background check.

Typical Therapeutic Duties:

• Work in collaboration with referral sources, community service providers, and adjunctive service providers to assess, develop, and facilitate individualized treatment services and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide a broad range of medically necessary therapeutic services, including intakes, individual therapy, and group therapy. Services may be provided in the office and online through the agency's EHR.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Manage individual and shared client caseloads per agency guidelines, develop services appropriate to a community-based service model and participate in the management of program resources within a managed care framework.
• Work in treatment collaboration with Hope, Growth & Healing Counseling clinicians, leadership, and referral sources to assess, develop, and facilitate individual client treatment services and ensure consistency of care with other involved providers.
• Practice successful client engagement skills and strategically address clients with a frequent and predictable no-show pattern. Close clients when appropriate.
• Maintain regular attendance to ensure continuity of quality client care.
• Agrees  to allow Hope, Growth & Healing Counseling to advertise your services.
• Other duties as assigned.

Therapeutic Responsibilities:

• Hold sessions as scheduled as a reliable & dependable part of the therapeutic partnership.
• Diagnose appropriately, with proper documentation supporting the diagnosis.
• Session notes completed within 48 hours of the session.
• Treatment plans completed by the end of the 2nd session.
• Develop 24-hour crisis plans and utilize the High-Risk Protocol as appropriate.
• Maintain clients' charts in accordance with WAC and agency standards.
• Adhere to agency policy pertaining to documentation and chart maintenance.
• Attend mandatory meetings as assigned.
• Adhere to agency Performance Standard and Expectations.
• Participate in clinical supervision and consultation on a regular and scheduled basis. This includes group supervision sessions.

Hope, Growth & Healing Counseling was established in May 2023 with the intent of making therapy an accessible, engaging and intentional process of meeting clients where they are in their healing and recovery. The clinic supervisor has many years of experience working in community mental health, medical behavioral health and crisis intervention.
