• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring they are clean and stocked.
• Manage patient records and update information in electronic health systems.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and administer medications as directed.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-ups efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, eClinicalWorks a plus
• Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to patient care.
• Current CPR certification is required.
