Location: Sandy Springs, GA - This is an onsite role (Must live within 25 miles away or less)

Temp to Hire

Pay: $19 per hour

Start: October2026

Schedule: Monday - Friday 10am - 7pm

Title: Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Spanish & English Fluency Required)

Job Duties:

• Assist with inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and service requests
• Resolve issues and complaints while ensuring a great customer experience
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary
• Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs)

Requirements:

• Proven record in effective communication within a customer service capacity
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Take inbound calls from customers and provide solutions and options
• Previous Call Center Experience (PLUS)
• Ability to work fulltime in our Sandy Springs, GA office (Required)
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required)
