RemX is seeking Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a reputable client located in Sandy Springs GA

Pay rate: $19.00/hour starting pay

Schedule & Location

• Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Gather customer information, assess needs, provide solutions, and document interactions.
• Support customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints.
• Balance customer needs with company policies and procedures.
• Meet weekly and monthly KPI metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
