Job Title: Membership Recruiter (Part-Time, Evenings)
Location: Southgate MI
Pay: $20-$25hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, meeting times can be from 9a-10a, 11:30-1, OR 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (hours may vary)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Membership Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with schools and community organizations to promote membership opportunities and drive recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person meetings within assigned territory to register new members
- Implement recruitment strategies provided by the Recruitment Manager
- Prepare weekly status reports to track progress and discuss updates with the Recruitment Manager
- Adhere to company recruitment standards and protocols
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sales and presentation abilities
- Comfortable conducting in-person meetings and outreach
- Availability to work Monday–Thursday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST
