IT Support Specialist

This position assists with developing and maintaining assigned information technology systems throughout the County, including hardware and software support. The role provides user assistance and helps develop and maintain departmental applications. The position is also responsible for ordering new systems. Key responsibilities This position does not supervise other employees. Provides user support for hardware and software related problems, including network connectivity issues.
