Healthcare Customer Service Representative Provide excellent customer service to all Medicare Advantage members. Assist with coverage and claims related questions. Accurately interpret benefits and policy provisions for all products. Conduct research and follow-up for prompt resolution. Work efficiently in a high volume call center while maintaining a professional, polite manner. Research, investigate and triage customer issues of concern and dissatisfaction as assigned. Advocate for the customer: explain benefits in a detailed and courteous manner so they are understood. Skills Experience with high-volume call environments, accurate phone etiquette, and professional demeanor. Ability to resolve customer service issues efficiently and empathetically. Additional Skills & Qualifications Tech‑savvy with strong computer literacy. Call center experience with an understanding of metrics and expectations. Prior healthcare experience is preferred.
