Real Estate Attorney

Real Estate Attorney Our client, a reputable law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with at least 3+ years of experience to join their growing team. This role will focus on representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, managing closings, and supporting lending-related matters. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience and the ability to handle deals from contract through closing with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include: Representing buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial real estate transactions Handling all aspects of real estate closings from contract to post-closing Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, closing documents, and related contracts Coordinating with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions Supporting bank/lender-side transactions, including loan documentation and closing processes Conducting title review and resolving title-related issues Ensuring compliance with state and local real estate laws and regulations Qualifications include: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the state bar Minimum of 3+ years of real estate transactional experience Experience handling buyer and seller side closings Exposure to bank/lender representation preferred Experience with state-related work is a plus Requirements include: Ability to independently manage multiple transactions simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Skills include: Real Estate Transactions & Closings Contract Drafting & Negotiation Title Review & Issue Resolution Lender/Bank Representation Client Relationship Management Time Management & Multitasking
