Join Fintech headquarters in Tampa as a Regional Human Resources Manager! Fintech is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to provide senior-level, hands-on Human Resources leadership across the Western United States. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment and enjoys translating complex employment requirements into practical, scalable business solutions.

As a manager-level individual contributor, you will serve as a multi-state subject matter expert for employment compliance, employee relations, leaves of absence, accommodation, wage and hour practices, HR operations, and workforce support. You will partner closely with the current Human Resources team, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development as well as Payroll/Finance, Benefits, Legal, and business leaders while applying sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

Essential Functions:

• Regional Employment Law and HR Compliance
• Multi-State and Federal Compliance
• Federal Employment Law Compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical Human Resources experience. HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or equivalent preferred.
• Seven (7)+ years of progressive Western U.S. and multi-state Human Resources experience in Human Resources Management, as a Human Resources Business Partner, Compliance, or Human Resources Operations roles.
• Deep knowledge of Western U.S. employment law and Human Resources compliance, with strong working knowledge of federal employment regulations and multi-state employment practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex Human Resources and compliance matters clearly and professionally.
• Strong judgment, discretion, confidentiality, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and BI reporting, AI-enabled workplace technologies, Microsoft Office applications including mid to advanced level Excel proficiency.
